Returns and Cancellation Policy
Custom manufactured packaging — strictly non-returnable once in production.
All rigid boxes, mono cartons, and custom packaging products are manufactured to your approved technical specifications and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled once production commences.
Pre-production digital dielines and proofs are shared with every client for explicit review and approval prior to press setup.
In the event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect differing from the approved proof, notify our team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic documentation.
Verified issues will be addressed promptly through remakes or credit notes at company discretion.
